Using our strong local profile and highly respected brand name we generate a high number of general enquiries from prospective tenants looking for property in the area. This combines with repeat business from current and previous tenants to give us a strong database from which we can find a tenant for your property.
If you are thinking of renting your property, one of our experienced team will arrange to visit to carry out an appraisal. We will meet with you, if possible, to discuss the rental advice and service options or we can report back to you via telephone, email or post, if preferred. All appraisals of properties are carried out free of charge with no obligation and we operate on a no let, no fee basis.
We offer three different levels of service which cater for your specific requirements:-
This involves finding a tenant for you, negotiating the rent, carrying out credit checks, drawing up the tenancy agreement and overseeing the handover of the property. We will take and hold the rent deposit which will be registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme as required by law.
All of the above plus collecting the rent on your behalf (and chasing any late payment), checking the tenant in and out.

All potential tenants undergo a thorough vetting procedure including references and credit checks. A deposit is taken and held by us to cover potential damages to the property at the end of the tenancy.
