We will market your property using a selection of national property websites including Rightmove and Primelocation as well as featuring them within our own property portfolio and local property pages. Using our strong local profile and highly respected brand name we generate a high number of general enquiries from prospective tenants looking for property in the area. This combines with repeat business from current and previous tenants to give us a strong database from which we can find a tenant for your property.

If you are thinking of renting your property, one of our experienced team will arrange to visit to carry out an appraisal. We will meet with you if possible to discuss the rental advice and service options or we can report back to you via telephone, email or post if preferred. All appraisals of properties are carried out free of charge with no obligation and we operate on a no let, no fee basis.

We offer three different levels of service which cater for your specific requirements:-

Introductory Only Service

This involves finding a tenant for you, negotiating the rent, carrying out credit checks, drawing up the tenancy agreement and overseeing the handover of the property. We will take and hold the rent deposit which will be registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme as required by law.

Lettings Service

All of the above plus collecting the rent on your behalf (and chasing any late payment), checking the tenant in and out.

Fully Managed Service

All of the above plus carrying out regular inspections of the property and dealing with all maintenance issues on your behalf.

All potential tenants undergo a thorough vetting procedure including references and credit checks. A deposit is taken and held by us to cover potential damages to the property at the end of the tenancy.

In order to rent a property through us you will have to pass a vetting procedure to ensure that you can meet the financial commitment of the rent and other outgoings. We therefore require full employment details, landlord details (if applicable) and bank details. We use an external credit referencing company to carry out our credit checks and all of your personal information is safe and secure. We will also ask for personal references as standard procedure.
